SH4 Development & Cross Island Associates is in the process of purchasing a land parcel from the City of Henderson Redevelopment. The Revenant, a proposed mixed-use residential and retail development, is in the design phase! The 41,420 SF, four-story building on 3.7 acres is plotting to sit on Henderson’s historic downtown Water Street.
